cheapflightsales complaint

I have booked for a rental car on the www.cheapflightsales.com on September 6, 2008. The website didn't give a breakdown on the price and it is not sure if the total estimate fee is inclusive of the $3.99 booking fee. I have in good faith put in my visa card information and press the button because every website that the next page will provide the breakdown and ask for final confirmation, which has always been the case with the website bookings I made so far.

However, there is no breakdown. Not only the website confirm the deal, it also revealed a mandatory charge of $15 charge. I called the toll free number immediately 1-866-507-8177 but this is not a valid contact number. http://www.cheapflightsales.com/cfs/jsp/common/contactus.jsp.

I was disappointed sent 3 emails to the contact address.

2 addresses were returned undeliverable and the third one responded with the cancellation confirmation. I followed up with to this response and asked for a contact phone number.

When I called the given phone number, I was told it doesn't do any booking on rental car but just hotel. I was transfer to the related department to deal with the inquiry. That department as the agent has identified, upon request, is travelocity. The agent claimed that it has no connection with cheapflightsales.com whatsoever. It cannot retrieve any information but referred me back to the same unit that I first called based on 2 set of cancellation number and/or the locator number.

This went on for three times until I managed to talk to a team leader who has given me a different but right number and insisted that I should call direct. Before Kim, the manager ended the call she agreed to give me her direct number.

I called the number directly and was received by an agent who used the term his department and was a travelocity customer center. He could help and refer me to a new number which is the number that I called the first time.

I have spent 1.5 hours to try to make this right and it is clear that I am dealing with a bogus entity.

I gave all my visa card information, now the ticket has a reduced price, but I cannot book it. Last time I tried your webpage does not accept the airport codes for my departure and arrival city. I have booked all my connections, and I have so much stress pain!!!! HELP!!!!
